Fields of Mistria Greenhouse: Costs, Unlock & Size

The Greenhouse requires Upgrade the Carpenter's Shop. The Small Greenhouse costs 50,000t, 20 Hard Wood, 20 Glass, and 20 Refined Stone for a 5x5 planting area; the Large Greenhouse costs 100,000t, 40 Hard Wood, 40 Glass, and 40 Refined Stone for a 10x10 area.

How to unlock the Greenhouse

Progress through the town repair chain to Upgrade the Carpenter's Shop. That upgrade provides the Small White Greenhouse blueprint. See the Town Repairs and Quest Progression guide for the Renown 70 Carpenter checkpoint and materials.

Small versus Large

• Small Greenhouse: 50,000t, Hard Wood x20, Glass x20, Refined Stone x20; 5x5 = 25 planting tiles.
• Large Greenhouse: 100,000t, Hard Wood x40, Glass x40, Refined Stone x40; 10x10 = 100 planting tiles.

The listed sizes are interior growing areas rather than an exterior footprint. Leave a practical route around the building when planning the farm rather than relying on an outside tile count.

What grows inside

Crops can grow year-round inside the Greenhouse, so normal seasonal restrictions do not apply. The 28-day outdoor withering boundary does not govern a Greenhouse crop. Fruit Trees inside can also bear fruit year-round. Furniture can be placed inside.

Use the Crops and Farming Guide for seasonal crop growth, regrowth, and direct-sale baselines. A Greenhouse is especially useful for slow or regrowing crops whose outdoor season would otherwise end before the next harvest cycle.

Plan crops, trees, and automation

The Small 5x5 and Large 10x10 areas should be treated as growing space, not as a promise that every tile is equally efficient: Fruit Trees need a clear 3x3 area and are space-inefficient beside ordinary crop tiles. Greenhouses can be moved through the remove-and-rebuild system, but moving one while crops are growing inside destroys those crops. Empty the room first if you decide to change the farm layout. The Farm Layout guide covers that tradeoff with other movable buildings.
