Fields of Mistria House Upgrades: Costs & Materials

There are four house upgrades. Completing all four costs 95,000 Tesserae and requires 1,500 Wood, 1,500 Stone, 200 Hard Wood, 100 Refined Stone, 20 Iron Ingots, 20 Silver Ingots, and 30 Gold Ingots. Upgrade 4 also requires Upgrade the Carpenter's Shop.

House upgrade costs at a glance

• Upgrade 1: 5,000t, Wood x500, Stone x500. Expands the main room.
• Upgrade 2: 15,000t, Wood x500, Stone x500, Iron Ingots x20. Adds a room on the left.
• Upgrade 3: 25,000t, Wood x500, Stone x500, Silver Ingots x20. Adds a room on the right.
• Upgrade 4: 50,000t, Hard Wood x200, Refined Stone x100, Gold Ingots x30. Adds a full second floor and requires Upgrade the Carpenter's Shop.

What each upgrade adds

The sequence grows the home in visible stages: the main room first, a left room second, a right room third, then a full second floor. The final upgrade is the only listed house upgrade with the Carpenter's Shop prerequisite.
